About
What's in the product, the odds on every pull and what's worth chasing, for every new release. All from the maker's own numbers.
What's here
Every release guide answers what collectors ask about a new product: what's in each box, which cards are the real chase, which short prints look just like base, and who signs for your team. Releases that get broken by team also have a break guide with each team's share of the hits and a spot price calculator.
How the guides are made
- Odds and checklists come from the manufacturer. Every line on the maker's odds sheet is on the guide, every parallel with its own odds, and a script checks that each time a guide is built. When a maker doesn't publish odds, as with Panini, the guide shows print runs instead.
- Print runs the maker doesn't publish come from checklist sites like Checklist Insider, credited on the guide.
- Sale prices are real eBay sales of raw cards, with the number of sales beside each one. No estimates, and no telling you whether a box is worth opening.
- Each guide keeps a dated list of changes. Spot a mistake? Email corrections@ripnerd.com and it gets fixed.
